PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment: The price for the digital product is clearly stated during the checkout process. Payment is required in full before the product can be accessed or downloaded.
Delivery: The digital product will be available for download immediately upon successful payment. Download links or instructions will be sent to the email address you provide during purchase.
WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY
Product Quality Warranty: We guarantee that the digital product matches the description provided in the offer. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately.
Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with the content or find that the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you may contact us within 14 days of your purchase. In such a case, we will refund the full amount you paid.
Right of Withdrawal:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer may use the model withdrawal form provided below; however, its use is not mandatory. Complaints and Defective Performance
Warranty and complaint conditions are governed by Section 13 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended.
In accordance with Section 13(1) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, the seller informs the consumer about the scope, conditions, and method of exercising rights arising from defective performance (hereinafter referred to as a “complaint”), including information about where the complaint may be submitted.
If the purchased digital product shows defects or does not correspond to the description provided on the website, the buyer has the right to file a complaint.

The complaint should include the buyer’s identification details, order number, description of the defect, and the preferred method of resolution.
The seller will confirm receipt of the complaint and process it without undue delay, no later than within 30 days from the date the complaint is received, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Copyright: All copyrights and intellectual property rights to the digital product remain the exclusive property of our company. Purchase does not grant you rights to distribute, copy, resell, modify, or use the content for commercial purposes.
Use Restrictions: You are prohibited from:
Using the product in any way that violates applicable laws or harms third parties.
Sharing, uploading, or redistributing the product publicly or on third-party platforms.
Using the product to train AI models or in any automated system without explicit permission.
Reproducing, rewriting, or incorporating the product (or parts of it) into any other courses, trainings, digital products, blog posts, or social media content.

INFRINGEMENT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of our digital product is a violation of intellectual property laws. If such a violation is detected, we reserve the right to:
Claim statutory damages, contractual penalties, or compensation for losses.
Initiate legal proceedings under applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
Hold individuals and entities who received or benefited from unauthorized distribution liable for damages.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Alternative Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Section 20d et seq. of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, the consumer has the right to out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute arising from a purchase agreement.
The entity competent for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce).
